Lose Stubborn Belly Fat
If you have been working out for quite some time already but still can’t get the fat off your waist, then there are just some things that you are not doing. You may notice that indeed you are getting the muscles you want, the problem is that you are not ripped enough for them to show especially your abs since you really would have to be ripped for them to show.
Weightlifting alone is not the best way to lose stubborn belly fat. While we do recommend and believe in weight training programmes, if you need to lose fat around your midsection, you will need to also do some cardio vascular exercises including swimming, running, bike riding or skipping.
You will also need to cut back your normal calories.
