Interval Training – Great Weight Loss Tip

Fitness Training especially muscle building will help you lose weight fast – that’s a fact.

A particular method of training that is also highly effective is called Interval Training.

It involves multiple exercise activities that are done at regular intervals rather than continuous. This means you complete one or more activities, during alternating periods.

To make it work, you need to perform the activity closer to 100% so it works mainly your anaerobic fitness.

You can perform any favourite exercise in intervals but the good ones tend to be skipping, running and circuit training.

The easiest one to perform is running between light posts. Run fast until you reach the next light post then stop and just walk to the next.
